Accelerating Global Expansion, Localizing HR — Vietnam Edition
As global economic integration intensifies, Vietnam has become a prime destination for international expansion. From December 10 to 14, 2024, Slasify participated in and supported the first Vietnam Business Delegation organized by C+ Consulting and Investment Corporation.
This delegation conducted in-depth visits across Hanoi, Hai Phong, and Quang Ninh, exploring local developments in smart manufacturing, technological innovation, economic and trade activities, and the overall business environment. The goal was to help enterprises accelerate their internationalization process and realize global deployment of human resources.

Day 1 – Discovering Hanoi’s Business Pulse

Meeting with the Northern Investment Promotion Center (IPCN):
The delegation engaged in an in-depth discussion with IPCN (https://investingvietnam.vn/), learning about Vietnam’s policies and strategies for attracting foreign direct investment (FDI). Representatives from the Vietnam Investment Authority welcomed the group, while each company introduced its business profile and needs. The exchange offered valuable insights and laid the foundation for deeper future cooperation.

IPCN shared a detailed presentation titled “Current Status, Challenges, and Solutions of Foreign Direct Investment in Vietnam”, covering the country's economic overview, assessments from international institutions, 2024 FDI trends, Chinese investments in Vietnam, priority sectors, and special incentive policies.

Visit to An Phat 1 Industrial Park:
The delegation explored the park’s modern infrastructure and discussed opportunities in manufacturing, logistics, and green energy. Park leaders offered a warm welcome and an in-depth introduction to An Phat 1’s industrial ecosystem.
Day 2 – Industrial Park Deep Dive & Eastern Expressway Economic Forum

Industrial Park Visits: Delegates visited Deep C Quang Ninh and AMATA Song Khoai Industrial Parks, with particular focus on AMATA, home to many major manufacturers such as Lite-On (Taiwan), Foxconn NPC, and Jinko Solar.

“Eastern Expressway Economic Ecosystem” (FIZEE) Forum: The delegation participated in a regional forum co-hosted by VCCI and four provinces (Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hung Yen), discussing global smart production, industry trends, investment prospects, and local economic data. Notably, in the first 9 months of 2024, these provinces reported growth rates exceeding the national average (6.82%): Hai Phong (9.77%), Quang Ninh (8.02%), Hai Duong (9.31%), Hung Yen (8.07%).

VIP Networking Dinner:Delegates were invited to a post-forum VIP banquet, strengthening ties with local enterprises and expanding their business networks.
Day 3 – Experiencing Hai Phong’s Economic Vitality

Visit to SHP (Chang Rui) Industrial Park:Delegates learned about major investments from companies such as LG, and explored partnership opportunities in electronics manufacturing and auto parts.

Visit to VietinBank (Hai Phong Branch): One of Vietnam’s four major banks, VietinBank hosted the group, establishing friendly and direct communication channels to explore financial cooperation.

Tour of Hai Phong Port and City: The delegation visited the port and took a short tour of Hai Phong, gaining insight into its economic and cultural landscape.
